Why We Believe Matcha is Better Than Coffee!
Many people love coffee: it tastes good, gets them out of bed in the morning, and gives them energy to start their day. But with matcha also having all of these properties as well as a list of benefits, it might be time to switch your drink of choice to matcha green tea. While you may be skeptical about changing your morning (and mid-morning, and afternoon) beverage, there are many benefits to switching to matcha, from physical health to mental health. But matcha isn’t just good for weight loss and maintenance, it’s also a much healthier choice in general. Coffee shop coffee is often very high in sugar and fat, while matcha is low in both these things.
